This, for me, is the most psychotic Bob Mortimer moment. It was at this moment that I was convinced that Bob Mortimer was the modern version of a trickster god

"I have a leathermaker's drill, yeah?" the way Bob says this line while looking out at the audience like it's totally an everyday thing we should all know about kills me ๐Ÿคฃ
  • Bob Mortimer really does talk like he has no idea what he's going to say next. It's fascinating. He seems to be just as surprised by where his stories go as we are. :D

Doesn't matter how many times you've seen this clip, it never gets old!
  • @BlastastiC
Davids despairing "Its always true!" Is the best bit of this.

"ooo, theyve not used fuji!" so many fantastic lines in this omfg

Iโ€™ve only just noticed, but when Bob mentions his dentist and David pulls him up on it, when Bob tries to explain that he has a dentist, he re-reads the card as if to remind himself of the original statement. The man is a comedy genius!

Bobs stories are always hillarious but when David retells the story so he can get the scenario straight in his head, it makes it even funnier.

Even his own team members forgot to play along and were sure its a lie. Bob is a legend

Ah, was in the audience for this one. Funniest thing I've ever seen.

Every time Bob Mortimer is on WILTY, he's on Lee Mack's team and the most questions asked to him are also by Lee Mack himself! ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚

David's look of sheer resignation as his team said the story was true is the best part of this video

Fuji IX is a real thing, too. "GC Fuji IX GPยฎ is the easy-to-use, handle and place fluoride releasing alternative to expensive compomers and composites and in many cases, amalgam. It cures extremely hard and is very wear resistant. As a true glass ionomer, it chemically bonds to tooth structure, has a tooth-like coefficient of thermal expansion and releases significant levels of rechargeable fluoride. It is available in hand-mix powder-liquid and premeasured capsules." Amazing.

At 3:29 Bob is doing his best not to die laughing describing the "little orange spoon"

Davids reaction when he said itยดs always true is probably the funniest bit in the show period ^^

Love how the writers give Lee outrageous bits to make up to mess with him and put Bob in Lee's team to mess with David.

The tone in which David Mitchel said โ€œI think itโ€™s trueโ€ the second time around was so funny.

It was at this moment David lost his last shred of sanity
