  • Teresópolis Rj 🇧🇷 Que delicia de filme! Uma comédia leve, e no final um show para aqueles que não podiam as salas de teatro. Ótimo filme.😊

Two talented musicians Danny and Hank ( Fred Astaire, burgess Meredith) compete for a job in Artie Shaw’sprestigous band, and for the affections of their beautiful manager Ellen (Paulette Goddard) they come up with a plan to try and outdo each other to impress Shaw and get into the band! Guess which guy wins out at the end of the flick! Burgess Meredith was a pest in this movie 🍿-he also drove Merle Oberon and Melvyn Douglas nuts in that uncertain feeling! Astaire and Goddard were great and so was Shaw and his band-good to watch! 😊😊😊😊😊❤

These sharpening/smoothing image tweaks make everyone look like wax figures. Look forward to improvements that restore more of the texture.
  • I may have the grace as Fred Astaire, I may not have the mind of Jung. I can not buy the things you need to have; But something you can't forget. I love you. I used to listen to "I love you" a song by a heavy metal band Saigon kick and i always wonder who the heck is Fred Astaire and Jung. Now i know. Not Jung, i mean.
  • Artie was good actor even though he was band leader too
