The the DD is shieldedIt’s not more sensitive in the center and put the square signal down in the ground. Mono Coil gives you a cone Signal and the edges are more sensitive

Looks like a fun hobby. Wish I lived in an area where you could find gold nuggets. I've still got my Lobo S.T. Probably wouldn't hold a candle to these newer gold machines but it would be fun to try.

Nice! Love your videos. At 2k per ounce, you would need to go out about 25x with those results to pay off that axiom, not including your gas ect. So it's still not very lucrative, but we do it for fun. A prospector actually turning a profit is extremely rare unfortunately. The dopamine when you see the shiny is what you actually earn. Good times.

Found your channel tonight, very good job on it. The Axiom is very impressive. I’ve been detecting for about 30 years. I live in the Grass Valley area and hunt a lot of the pits around there. Started with a Whites Gold Master and upgraded to Minelabs, I’ve had them all except for the 7000. I have the GPX 6000 right now and am curious how the Axiom compares, looks pretty close to me.
