He works REAL ass jobs and doesn't get squat, that's crazy

A college degree doesn't automatically mean you'll be successful... Colleges say that because they want your money

Not one but two high stress jobs AND a family to support? Man, I can't even take care of myself..

This is why people sell drugs. Normals jobs are not enough. It’s sad

I grew up with my Dad who worked long hours - he would leave the house before I woke up and would get home after my bedtime. I only saw him during the weekends or if I stayed up a little longer - he would stand in the doorway of my bedroom and whisper good night. One birthday, I was in bed and he came home late, he came into my room and whispered the words to Happy Birthday and cried. When people think of poverty, they think of lack of food, unable to pay bills but for me, most importantly what I lacked was the time with my Dad. I would rather skip a meal or two so I can have more time with my Dad.

People think I am selfish for not wanting to have children but when I see the situation in this world I think I made the best decision.

That girl wrote 300,000 for the middle class Income Lol

I cannot believe he cannot support a family on a fire fighters single full-time salary. Thats insane for a first responder.

People act like it’s so easy. “Just get a job!” “Be a hard worker and go to college!” Not realizing that sometimes those things are not enough.

Great man. Im an EMT and I can’t imagine the kind of stress he is under working EMS and fire 24/7, 27 days a month. I get tired thinking about it. Ill be a firefighter soon, hope to be a hard worker like him

Its so sad that such important jobs are so poorly paid. Firefighters and paramedics deserve to be paid enough. Who would want to be rescued by a firefighter or paramedic who is worked to death and running on little to no sleep?

im only 18 and this actually motivates me to save money to an extreme so that i wont struggle when i move out. sad to hear that shit from the fire fighter hes a damn hard worker
  • I bet people like him would be pissed off to know people have a more comfortable life posting videos on social media once a week...smh
  • @solidnem
The only thing the wife says to him as soon as he walks in is, "Did you see the gas bill?" Lol.
  • @robiibijou
Yea, get a college degree so you can be in debt for the rest of your life making ur situation even worse

This is what my high school history teacher called being an "economic slave"
  • Firefighter-Paramedic with a college degree here. I feel the guy's pain. I'm lucky enough that I only have myself to support so I can get away with 1 job, but unless I got married to a career person, there's no way I'd be able to have a family.

God Bless you! My husband passed away in January 2019 and I'm left behind with three kids. Two in college and one in high school. I already work full-time but I had to get another job. I have 3 jobs, work everyday and barely get by. It's easy for others to criticise and judge!
