The Big Bar Ferry road is 60 kilometers of sandy switcbacks that descend over 3000 feet into the Fraser Canyon! Grades are up to 23% and there are no runaway lanes!
This was a section of the 2012 BCBATR dual sport motorcycle ride! This was filmed on a borrowed Gopro Hero4.

Road that for the first time 4 years ago. AMAZING! And intense! We came across machinery that was going up! Don’t know how they ever made the switchbacks.

Hi Moto! This is very cool country to visit ! I highly recommend this ride... the Chilcotin Back roads are worth the effort and its two wheel drive for the most part....I have long wanted to do this part but starting from lilooet. - and just up the road a bit .... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J_k7MnlAfIM the old transit was slipping and sliding ! This was a couple of days before the first snowfall -beautiful warm weather in mid October! a couple of days later not so much nice weather but still really great !
