There is far too much rubbish on the internet for people to sift through when learning to ride, this is a life skill where corners should not be cut to save money. Cheap training very often is lacking and when you consider there are over 60 life changing accidents per day on todays busy and congested roads, the Module 2 pass is only the start of life on two wheels.

Before you make any comments - read this:
The video shows a motorcycle instructor riding a test route, followed by another instructor. There are no lifesavers carried out by the person behind with the video camera filming the test route, as it would take the camera off the lead rider and you would miss some valuable information. The two riders were in constant radio communication and made sure it was safe to complete the video to help learner riders pass their motorcycle test in the UK.

Just passed my mod 2 20 mins ago, I have nobody to thank but this guy
  • @DanDan123yoo
if any of you guys are nervous you cant be worse than my first test... Tight bend on a country road with trees either side so i couldn't see. Massive tractor filled the road and i tried to stop on the edge which turned out to be a massive camber and i dropped my bike in a ditch. You guys will be fine.
  • @kiradotee
This is perfect! You can see what the learner is doing (all the signaling, etc), hear commentary, hear examiners instructions. And even a still zoomed in picture of speed restriction signs! 10 out of 10. 👏
  • @dougster701
I’ve passed my full bike license but watching this gives me anxiety all over again 😂
  • Passed my Mod2 this morning (no minors) and this video was instrumental. Thank you so much for putting this together! ❤
  • @Studiggler
Love the way the instructor never checks over his shoulders

I passed my MOD2 today 20-6-23 at 1pm.Feels great and im looking at a new bike much bigger than my old 125.
  • 19:40 car overtaking as you're both doing 30 in a 30, while going past a junction on the right, a parked car to the left forcing the novice to move to the right, and having a vehicle opposing approaching. And it probably says "Instructor" or "Examiner" on your Hi-Viz. Some people. That car driver could do with a retest, or some other punishment.
  • @TARWCreations
That felt like the longest 35 minutes ever! I was nervous for the rider
  • @profblack
Really refreshing to see from the instructors perspective. While the learner is doing it by the book, the instructor doesn’t do a single lifesaver or observe the two second rule because he knows all too well how unnecessary they are. You know when you need to check, there shouldn’t be a quota for how many times you should be looking behind you every ten seconds.
  • I really enjoyed my mod 2 test, I treated it like a ride out on a nice day. Hated the mod 1 and pebble dashed the test centre toilet because of nerves. Good video for anyone with a test coming up.
  • @TheAncientBiker
I started riding in 1959, bothered to take the test in 1962 and still learnt one or two things watching this thanks. Just to give a laugh my clutch cable snapped as I approached the test centre, quickly into an ironmongers, bought some string, attached it clutch lever routed string to handlebar with a loop on it to stop it falling off. No clutch change up, yank the string for down. Yes I passed :-D

The "learner" gave an excellent example of a test. The "examiner" didn't give a single Lifesaver or keep to the 2 second rule. He was always less than a second from the bike in front. Still, very informative, and definitely worth a watch
  • @graham4006
This was one of three videos i watched tirelessly whilst I prepared for my module 2 test. Finally i passed on my 3rd attempt just before Christmas and got my shoulder checks, lifesaver checks etc finally in place especially approaching junctions. It's the greatest feeling ever to have finally passed and this video and others were a huge help. 😎👌
  • @cazgoldie813
Keep to the signs to the speed limit, well yeah bloody would if you could see the signs half the time, either graffiti, overgrown bushes/trees covering them.
  • @joe100kg
It is 2023 Dec, the video is still the best Mod 2 test I get prepared and set real-life expectations. Thanks!
  • @Bob-ts2tu
I have my mod2 tomorrow, so just trying to drill proceedures in last minute, thanks for the vid. my instructor said that all i need to do is ride like i did in my lessons and i'll be fine, but it's so easy to miss doing something correctly when you are concentrating on many things, it's a tad worrisome lol, so here's hoping !!
  • Passed my Mod1 last week and got my Mod2 in two days. Watch this video like 100 times and just hoping for the best 🤞🏻
  • @paulamorgan8030
I would have liked this video to have been available when I was doing DAS last year. I looked at so many videos to get an idea of EVERYTHING! This one is the most informative, (shame it's a bit late!) Great commentary. Very informative and such a calm and reassuring voice! Yes, I'm very sad looking at videos like this after the fact but I do feel quite proud of myself as I never even contemplated riding a motorcycle until my other half suggested DAS. I'm 49 now! I'm so glad he did and I've never looked back. Good luck everyone doing tests now. It's well worth it especially with videos like this to help you.
