14 new chapters are in the works with chapters 401 till 408 basically done and ready for release as of the 30th of June. More news are coming soon on the official release dates but its sooner than you think.

Most likely, it's going to move to Jump+ which is still owned by the same publisher (Shueisha) like Weekly Shonen Jump. just a digital version of the magazine with exclusive digital only titles (like Dandadan, Spy x Family, Chainsaw Man, etc) and have more freedom with their schedules.

As badly as I want Hunter x Hunter finished, I can admit I’m still happy to have even read a part of Togashi‘s masterpiece.

I mean, I’m pretty sure the whole “HOLY SH**, HXH IS GETTING CANCELLED!?!?” controversy is definitely not true. Because when I went to the Shonen jump store in Tokyo station, just yesterday, I saw a whole ass section of HxH merch and Gon was even apart of the cardboard stand that had all of the Shonen jump main characters. So yeah there’s even more proof on how HxH did not get canceled (so calm down y’all). But yeah, I’m really excited to hear HxH is in a good position right now in terms of new content and just Togashi himself (last year was a disaster with the whole “what if I die situation” with Togashi and him making a possible ending.)

It's not a different publisher its a different magazine of the same publisher or it might be released only on the jump app which belongs to the same publisher.
