Really though, when you consider that the Royal Treasury in Castle Hyrule is probably untouched between Calamity Ganon not being a physical person and GanonDTF's condition for most of the game, the massive population loss (and therefore less necessary infrastructure) in Hyrule 100 years ago, not needing to pay for Castle repairs or staff, Zelda (and by extension Prince Consort Link) are probably actually flush with cash... when they get around to retrieving it. Edit; and then there's the profits form the water parks to consider.
