I remember playing this game around 24 years ago on Sega genesis. Amazing times when things were much simpler. My dad had finally bought me the genesis in a sunny summer day back in 1998. This is super nostalgic 🥲

Say what you will about how the gameplay hasn't aged perfectly, but the conversions of MJ's songs to a Genesis sound chip were done so well it's almost uncannily similar to any Sega Genesis remix of a MJ song.

Ah the memories. I still remember how to do the iconic michael's moon walker in this game. Hold attack button and press the direction. He will do the moonwalk. Very effective on Mud floor and treatmill like floor lol

This was the game that sold me on the Genesis. I remember beating it 25 years ago. The final stage with the space battle was hard as hell. I only beat it once. I loved the soundtrack so much at the time. YThe special effects were also amazing. Except when the little girl was saying Micheal all the time. I hated that little girl voice. I remember playing just to make some special moves and impress my friends that would come just to play Micheal Jackson.

I love Jackson's old school tunes, and they really help keep the energy up throughout the game. there was a sequel for the Genesis and Arcade planned a couple years later, but the first child molestation scandal destroyed that from happening.

When i was a kid, travel to Las Vegas played Michael Jackson's Moonwalker arcade game at Union Plaza b4 closed down arcade game room for good. Great Memories
