Jack Caine is a Houston vice cop who's forgotten the rule book. His self-appointed mission is to stop the drugs trade and the number one supplier Victor Manning. Whilst involved in an undercover operation to entrap Victor Manning, his partner gets killed, and a sinister newcomer enters the scene... Along with F.B.I. agent Lawrence Smith, the two investigate a spate of mysterious deaths; normal non-junkies dying of massive heroin overdoses and bearing the same horrific puncture marks on the forehead. This, coupled with Caine's own evidence, indicates an alien force is present on the streets of Houston, killing and gathering stocks of a rare drug found only in the brain... Caine is used to fighting the toughest of criminals, but up to now they've all been human...

i knew this movie as 'Dark Angel' not 'I Come in Peace'. One of the best movies I watched when I was young.

Somebody needs to remaster this in 4K , no other choice but watch these old school movies the new movies are so bad that it doesn't matter how much better the picture or visual or sound effects are.

@1:05:26 The part where the alien cop dude blows up inside the car and the overwhelming firepower of the alien criminal dude are the scenes I remember from back in the day watching this on my folks VCR as a kid ! Thanks for the memories!

so thats the movie, I remember seeing portions of this on broadcast TV back in the early 90's, kinda hard to forget a dude saying "I Come In Peace" then firing his CD looking spinning death disc at people.

A "large and in charge" cop who has good reflexes to engage and a "good shot" partner of his against an alien who comes in with a plan and another one if he perceives anything of a threat from his human targets. Really good job building up the anticipation of how the two main characters would square off with this foreign invader. Although it had too much of a good theme for the main character to have the personality that this individual did at times. The main alien was about the only thing remembered about this movie from watching it over 25 yrs ago, but that it was like one I'd never seen in a movie plot before.
