Actually you can do Clense with Ritual on 2 Objectives first turn. Scoring is checked at the end of the turn , same is placing the Ritual objective. If you had a unit that started Clense on the center objective and at the end of the turn you place the second objective so this unit is also in range of it you will clense both.
