It is not an exaggeration to say this tune made it onto my album in the eleventh hour, but I am so happy it did! Thanks to many hours of last minute arranging and recording vocals by Natalie Cadet and engineering and mixing by Tony Shepperd, this gem was complete just in time to be included on the album. This was not only a testament to their talents as professionals, but also to the bounds of their friendship. As a girl who grew up learning to sing the intricate harmonies of Take 6, I am also honored to have Alvin Chea lending his signature bass sounds to this track. I am always striving to present the violin in unique ways, and I am grateful Natalie added this different dimension and perspective!

On the day we shot this video, I had to pinch myself a few times to really soak in the fact that all of these incredible people were there to bring my project to life. Yet another piece of the puzzle in making my dreams come true. To me this track is about celebrating the journey. Each step along the way may not take us exactly where we thought we would go, but I hope we can celebrate the beauty in all of our steps. Here's wishing you all lots of "Life and Love"!
