It's funny. Every single other game in the series, Interplay- AND Bethesda-produced, has a way to non-violently talk the final boss down. You try that with Frank, and he says, "Fuck that, time for talking's over."

I like how when he asks if anyone is up for lunch and everyone replies so casually. I love villains who are scary and intimidating but his subordinates treat him like hes a normal person.
