Come follow us on another adventure to Ko Samet island. It's a beautiful island with scenic views and whitest sand we have ever seen. The turquoise and blue sea colours are stunning and the water was crystal clear.
Ko Samet is a popular island to visit about 3 hours gentle drive from Pattaya city and around 5 hours from Bangkok Thailand.
When we arrive at Ban Phe coastal town we made our way to the ferry boat piers. There are several to choose from. Ours had a secure car park area. The 45 minutes slow ferry boats leave early every hour and last one returns at 5pm. The fast 10 minutes speed boats are available at varies times. During high season and Thai holiday weekends better to pre-book accommodation. In the small main street there's an ATM machine also two Seven Eleven stores and one near the pier. There's restaurants, cafe's, bars, small gift shops and more. Our hotel was along the popular Saikaew Beach. It's nice for location for a first visit then maybe next time one can try a more quieter locations. The evening fire shows are amazing that you can view near the end of the video.
