To clarify: 6-inch telescope refers to the diameter of the mirror in the telescope. It’s not like the one Jack Sparrow has in Pirates of the Caribbean

Turtles actually do have nerve endings on their shell so the turtle can actually feel him cuddling it. 😁

Imagine being in a car chase, and the entire police force is in the Stanta costume.
  • At 11:37 the line matches up with his mic perfectly and that’s pretty sick if you ask me.

In Pune, India a couple of years ago some guy trained young monkeys to steal expensive smartphones. And because monkeys are considered sacred in Hinduism (and also because they were really young) no one wanted to hit them. So for like a whole year people would see monkeys outside their windows and immediately close all the balconies and window doors and hide all their cellphones out of fear.

As a Japanese man, I can actually read 70% of Ludwig’s mandarin character.

as a motorcyclist I like to see people look out for pedestrian safety. It means a lot to us, too. Thumbs up to this guy <3
  • Is it just me, or does Ludwig in black and white look much sleeker? Like he belongs to the music video of Suit & Tie or something. Maybe it's the pompadour, or that his lines are a bit more exposed. I can't tell but it suits him.

I went to the Sydney Observatory when I was 11-ish & they had big telescope in a circular room that moved! The room would rotate with the telescope because it could only look through a gap in the ceiling. Anyways the point is the tour got to look through the telescope at Saturn & it looked exactly like that. When we all remarked how close it looked the tour guide lady said that pretty much everyone says that & she once had a class of kids completely believe that she was messing with them and it was just a sticker on the lens. No matter what the tour guide lady told the class none of them would believe her.

I got a major in physics and minor in astronomy and it never ceases to amaze me to look at saturn through a telescope. Literally out of this world.

About the solar parhelion: There are actually recordings of people in medieval times seeing this event (and also the rainbow rings that sometimes appear around the sun) and thinking that they were signs from God about Armageddon. Hochelaga has a super interesting video on it (and others, his channel is great) called The Little Book of Cosmic Horrors

Love how the One Piece music kicked in after the Skypiea post at 7:10 😂

  • @Tkoon
Love that that first vid has finally gone viral. Circulated through the motorcycle YouTube and made it into Reddit this week randomly. Great karma video.

10:04 my grandma said that one of the reason grandpa dated her was because of her colored tv

11:38 The mic perfectly aligns with the marker that it looks like it's an extension of the mic arm, that's so cool

Turtles DO have nerve endings on there shell (they are not very sensitive). You may have seen videos of tortoises rubbing up against brushes with their shell. Im not sure if its for the sensation of being brushed or like a vibration thing, but they like it i guess.

"We had arsenic in our water, which I think is pretty common..." Sure Lud
