Here in New Zealand we still want to know why our government fast tracked Mr Thiel's NZ citizenship application. No reason was ever made public.

Trump did not pick 3 Supreme Court Justices. Trump did not pick any federal judges. The Heritage Foundation did. Trump did not write Project 2025. The Heritage Foundation did. Trump did not pick Vance. The Heritage Foundation has made every single choice for Trumps campaigns and presidency, and they will continue to fo just that.

Don’t know much about Vance but watched the Netflix movie about him. I always find it odd how the movie depicts his mother as a pill stealing nurse but when speaking as a politician blames her addiction on open borders. No mention of big pharma handing out OxyContin like it was candy.

If the media wants to drive a wedge between Trump and Vance, start talking about how much more attractive, young, educated, well-spoken Vance is.

Another thing with Vance is that he thinks we do not have enough babies born in America. He says a woman should have babies and stay at home as the homemaker. Meanwhile, his own wife has a high paying legal job.

Per Peter Thiel's quote that "Freedom is not compatible with democracy" he means "freedom for billionaires to do as they please is not compatible with democracy" because democracies have those pesky rules and laws that consider, at least in theory, everyone equal. Thiel thinks he is some kind of superhman ordained by providence and should be treated like a demigod. Thiel, Musk, Trump - they are all narcissists. Their success, rather than being something that instills gratitude in them, makes them believe they are superior in basic dignity and worth than anyone else. They obviously are more talented. They obviously are more successful. But they believe this translates as superior intrisic worth.

It is a very scary time in our country. Seems we are damned if we do and damned if we don't. That JD Vance was hand picked by a billionaire is sickening. That President Biden has COVID is very scary. Where the heck can we go from here with this mess?
