Basically chill - reign over your mental monkey for 2 weeks and then go batshit crazy. You can recover those 8-10 missing gym sessions in no time. Also, 2 weeks of rest when your body is used to exercise on a regular basis will do good to your system. Thanks for all the tips!
  • Instant answer. Instant Like. Thank you, and I kept watching just to say thank you.
  • The timing of your video was spooky, because I literally just did a google search on that very same question. I exercise, sometimes heavily, for my mental health primarily, jumping rope with weighted ropes, doing kettlebell swings, planks, and squats. I try to abstain the full two weeks post tattoo, but usually only last about a week and a half. I absolutely make sure not to let sweat accumulate beneath the transparent wound dressing, and after that's removed, I lightly apply a heavy cream prior to working out to aid in elasticity. Don't know whether that's wrong or right, but that's what I do.
  • I recently got an inner wrist tattoo; how long should I wait before going to the gym? Lifting wights specifically.
  • Im not doing any leg inducing workouts as i have my thigh tat but its not fresh out the shop and alr in the healing process i also wash and moisturize it regardless of not sweating there so its nice and clean

I had my head tattooed last Thursday. Its day 4 now but I'm thinking of going to the gym tomorrow which is day 5 . I,ll be putting a ointment on my tattoo .is that OK safe just so I know .thank you for your time.

Have writing above my heart and gonna be going gym alot when its healed good should i be worried about chest growth and my tattoo getting ruined if my chest is growing?
  • I got several tattoos and i allways start working out again after 36+ hours. Never had any problems with my tattoos with healing just make sure you clean em well and use tattoo care afterwards.

Can i workout after 8 days after getting a tattoo?
  • @Aj80503
I feel like if the tattoo is getting rubbed against clothing or you tat is touching objects or on the floor and if the sweat is heavy dont do all that. On the other hand if your tat is not touching anything and the sweat is not to heavy go light on your workout cus if u feel the stings on your tat thats the sweat n juss go lighter or juss dont do what your doing focus on something else or like this guy says just stop everything cus u dont wana fuck up ur tat. Me after 5 days i was itching to workout, i have my tat on my outside forearm and im running light and lifting less and after wash off the sweat or shower and i think its fine. Even the tat artist told me after 5 days u can go back to working out so yea either ask ur artist or whatever u feel comfortable wit too 🫡
  • 🔥Thanks ! ⚠Does the size of your arm, defines the size of your tattoo ? ⚠ I mean, if I got bigger arm, can i put more details, or character on my arm sleeve than i would with a thinner arm 💪?

My tattoo is 3 weeks old and has healed great, but it covers the top of my shoulder and I have only used strapless bras since getting it. I am honestly really worried a bra strap will mess it up. I'm D cup so working out without a bra is not an option. Do you have knowledge on how long before it is definitely safe to put some strain on a tattoo? Also would having wider straps be better than thin? Thank you for the video! Have subbed 😁
  • damn i got 4 full day sessions every 2 weeks. should have did 2 2 back to back sessions
  • @Paytonbaeton
I went to the gym 72 hours after my fresh rib tat and i think i messed it up at the gym because after my tattoo started peeling the next day 😢
  • @Jack_Klash
I got a tattoo on my bicep. I did a 3 workouts for my chest (bench press 3 variations) then 1 bicep then 1 tricep workout. I didn’t feel any pain while working out and I didn’t go hard. Just a regular workout. I washed it when I showered that night. I’m gonna avoid the gym for 2 weeks from this point on. Should I be okay?
  • @DJSIC82
I got my outer forearm Tattoo 4 days ago will it be safe to go workout? or should I wait 2 weeks??
  • @tijmen131
So you're saying that if I get a new leg tattoo every 2 weeks, I have a legit reason to skip leg day? Every leg day would become chest day.
  • @hrithik4515
Hey i got tat on my outer forearm and it’s covered with saniderm. My artist recommended to keep it on for 7-12 days so nothing can come in or go out till i peel it off. Do u think i can go workout in gym since its gonna be covered. Its been 72 hrs since i got the tatoo
