If I don't charge my phone all the way I'm gonna have a mental breakdown

I prefer to charge my phone when it is at 19% and then charge it until 95%. 😁

I think we should charge our phone to 100% . Atleast in Samsung I can say that. I have an old phone (using for 4 years) Samsung A20(4000 mah) I use it by charging full and draining till 10% .And it still works for whole day even after having 14nm size processor. A week ago I buyed Samsung A34 and while charging it till 90% it shows that 22 minutes left till full charge . So basically you major battery lies in last 10-15% . So it's not worth charging partially making your charge twice a day. The batteries in Samsung are very sustainable.

Charge 85%, Samsung,iphone has an option called protect battery which optimised charging to increase battery life.

me charges my phone when i dont need it but removes it immediately even if its low battery if i need it or im going somewhere

Why the 30%

depends on room temperature plus the phone these days have smart charging lol just avoid your battery below 20%, 15%, to 10% below thats a risk for a battery health

not a fact. but a myth.

And this is why you should never trust everything on internet! good luck having low battery phone!
