Beautiful. This is my ideal retirement house. One level, two bedroom,two full bath,1/2 bath house. It has a sunroom and a halfway around porch. Perfect! ❤

It would be very hard to fault this design. It ticks my boxes for layout, amenities, and design. That sun porch is the jewel in the crown! This would be a very comfortable and generously appointed home!

this house is spot on. 21/2 baths, pantry and a good size laundry room. it has quite a bit of storage and I love the sun room.

The only thing I would change is the tiny showers. For the master bath (left), I would take out the tub altogether and just expand the shower to have a bench and a wand and oversized rain shower heads (& grab bars). The other bath (right) I'd make that shower into a linen storage closet and put in a walk-in tub/shower combo with some lovely jacuzzi jets. That way you have both a tub for soaking and relaxing and also a shower with low/no threshold and you're prepared for whatever limitations your golden years might bring. You know, hope for the best but plan for the worst. Anyone can use a bathroom that accommodates the disabled but the disabled need bathrooms that accommodate them.

I’ve been researching homes and floor plans even though I’m 12 and I’ve always wanted a cute vintage cottage and this is the DREAM.

I love this home design, it's so cozy and welcoming. I especially love the hardwood floors on the wrap around porch.

This is lovely! I would turn the toilet in the half bath to the same wall as the sink, so it does not face the door. In the master bath I would move the toilet to the space occupied by the shower and make the tub a larger shower. In the second bath, I would again move the toilet to the space occupied by the shower and add a second sink under the window.

This is perfect. We will be downsizing in the next 5 years or so and this has everything I want. Outstanding use of space.

Such wonderful home with porch next to sunroom going towards the dining room and kitchen to pantry and love warm living room and bedroom to cupboard and wardrobe to bathroom nice one and lastly like laundry room to the exit awesome.😊🎉😅
