This was an underrated season and post season, spoiled by a piss poor performance in the finals.

Lebron on the haters: “While they busy hating on me they gotta wake up broke EVERY SINGLE DAY”

I remember an interview back in 2013 when Lebron said he didn’t play with a loving passion of the game back in the 2010-2011 season. He said he played it out of anger since he was the villain of the nba. You could see it in his body gestures and plays that he was always pissed off. I feel like that was his downside in the finals because his emotions got to him and he couldn’t focus.

I miss this heat team. I’m glad I enjoyed this team while they were together, and glad that my childhood was this team.
  • Another great post season ruined by a poor finals , Kobe had one in the 2004 against the pistons, Steph in 2016 against the Cavs
  • Beating those Philly, Boston and Chicago teams was quite a very good and underestimated run, probably the hardest he faced in the east. It's also interesting to see how his style of play was still closer to young Lebron, with a lot of energy but also very raw. He really reached another level on his comeback to the Cavs, since then his game is way more chirurgical, every movement he does seems calculated to be efficient.
  • James's headband was literally at like a 60 degree angle on his head. Great post season performance by him, but i do think he and the Heat underestimated the Mav's
  • That opening statement is legendary. Always been ahead of everyone else in terms of success and growth. Haters don’t understand or maybe don’t appreciate the grind enough.

He needed this in his career. He wouldn't have the same mental game if it wasn't for this.

Lebron just honestly believed it would be a cake walk and he wouldn’t have to try . Shows what determination will do for you. Him and Dwade were making jokes while 30+ Dirk Jkidd and Jason Terry put in work!!

Little do people know the 2011 massacre turned Lebron into the monster he is today. This was a humbling, and he dominated after ever since

People don’t the understand the amount of pressure Lebron had since day one. Crazy to see what he has become. Living up to the hype and much more.

imagine being a sixers fan and watching your team blow 3 straight 12+ point leads
  • @lowdistortion
He had an amazing 2011 season and playoffs just didn't perform well in the finals

LeBron could’ve been that much closer to the GOAT title had he taken care of business in the 2011 Finals. He was up 2-1 against an aging Mavericks team for god’s sake, you gotta close that deal. It’ll forever be a huge stain on his legacy.
  • It’s crazy that in 2006 Wade & Shaq beat Dallas for the championship & Nowitzki got his revenge in 2011 💯
  • He played so many anger, hate in this year to be able to prove that he is the best player but he failed, but the following year, he redeemed himself and win the MVP, Finals MVP and his elusive title that he's desperately needed.
  • Then after this finals performance.... 🐐that’s all I gotta say lol
