Buck your a Bloody Genius! ๐๐ I just cooked these for my Wifes dinner after her AFL Game today. Her reaction was priceless and her comment of "Oh My God these are Bloody Delicious" was spot on. โคโคโค We are camping at Bivouac Junction with the Grandkids in two weeks and Im definately teaching them all how to make these. I remember seeing these back in the late 2000's on a sepo bbq forum. I stepped it up and did a Australian "With the lot" version. I pre made a Aussie "Pico de galleo" of diced tomato, Beetroot, Onion, Pineapple. Do the bacon and runny egg as you cook the tacos Add the diced salad , Egg bacon and then lettuce

Hey Buck Thanks for the shout out. The coles burger sauce is the winner as far as burger sauce goes and the Big Mac sauce. I cooked these again yesterday for lunch. They are becoming my goto lunch. Try and have the mince go past the edge of the flat bread to allow for the mince to shrink. Thanks to wicksey for sharing with us on a camp trip. Cheers Craig

Buck if you put the gas on low and let the plate warm up till it heats up to the outside, if you just touch the outside of the plate and the edge is too hot to touch then turn up the gas up to desired tempature then do a sprinkle of water when it sizzles or best dances around then start putting the oil on and start to cook. This gives you a full hot plate.
