  • Greek mythology is just one of the most interesting topics. It never ceases to amaze me.
  • I think it is worth mentioning (and possibly editing) that Hermes also is, in some ways, a death god. If I remember correctly, Thanatos actually deals with your death, Hermes transports your soul to the underworld, and Hades is the "Warden" so to speak. It is also worth mentioning that, just like Aphrodite, in some myths about Dionysus, he has existed for long before all the other gods, and is another sort of primordial being of indeterminate birth.
