I was not expecting them to go that hard on the intro but they did anyway! This looks so FREAKING AMAZING with the animations and stuff oh my!!

NGL I SCREAMED at seeing it animated even though they didn't have to. I do find it interesting that they didn't keep Peach's bit for this opening, so I'm assuming they put it properly when we start up the game after clicking a file....if we still have four files to choose from.

I'm glad they improved the timing of the text boxes. By removing so many page turns, they added time for the words to be read, especially if you like reading out loud while you play.

The people at Intelligent Systems and Nintendo are straight up cooking with this remake. They know how special this game is to the community and their player/customer base, and by God, they are putting respect to TTYD's name!

Switch dominates the OG version of the intro. Fully animated cutscenes is a big improvement!
