When I told my mom I was becoming a vegan, she asked me why I said because i do not want to be part of killing animals for food, also for my health. I recommended her the Netflix show, what the health, my mom, her husband, my brother and his wife are now vegans, I approached it with love, information and even a show in case I missed something, It has being one of the best decisions I've made so far.

The moment you talked about seeing the gains to veganism rather than losses made me want to cry. Thank you. I always didnβt want to start being vegan because I loved my cream cheese, my milk, and my eggs and chicken but focusing on the benefits is so much easier than obsessing over the loss. I would love to go vegan now, thank you sadia :)

When I became vegan I wish I knew all this. I'm on my fourth year of veganism lifestyle but I learnt everything the hard way. Now I know I can have anything I want made vegan, and I'm not missing out on anything! It just took me a while.

My mom told me, she had a conversation with a 60+ year old vegan woman. She doesn't look like 60 years old. She's very healthy. She doesn't need glasses.

Yeah. I am a 68 year old vegan with a hubby I just brought on board I was a vegetarian for five years on a date from children Well low and behold shocked them and took it a step further! So many people are bewildered. Lolol
