"My notes are messy, unfinished, and sometimes blatantly wrong, but they're still useful for me" is such a wonderfully helpful mindset for these things. My ADHD brain is always trying to find the "perfect" system that doesn't actually exist. This "good-enough" mindset is so incredibly underappreciated. Hi Nicole I have watched at least 40 Obsidian YouTube teachers in English and in French. You are among the top three ! Your teaching is very clear and very well explained and organized. I know that you are a programmer. I think that a series for beginners would be a great success if done like this one and without complicating things too fast. Obsidian is very powerful and the problem is that we tend to use it too rapidly without mastering the basis. I am an old pastor and I see all the potential of this software. Keep up the good work, especially the one for beginners. You are a great teacher!

Wow. I'm so glad I came across this channel. Not only is the vibe so homey and reassuring, it comes packed with information that can be trusted and that in small bits so no one gets left behind and everything is comprehensible easily! As soon as something might seem a little overwhelming there is a cut to 1o1 explaination, awesome! Quality content if I've ever seen it. Nicole, this is your first video I've watched, and I gotta say, your explanation was amazing! I like writing as a hobby, so Obsidian really helped me to organize my thoughts. The only thing that bothered me were tutorials from "productivity" channels that kept sneaking in business speech and productivity related stuff that I just found distressing. Your video not only explains stuff neatly and simply, it also takes away all that pressure added to using the program. Thanks!
