I have no idea what this was. It was raining pretty hard and steady. I was driving with my girlfriend, and we kept hearing the clanging sound on this street. We looked around for a minute and finally saw a sewer lid moving up and down! It was moving way more than this video shows, and I know those sewer lids weigh probably well over 100 pounds. It was a REAL LIFE C.H.U.D.!!!! AHHHH!!!!
