  • I love your work Michel singer you’ve helped me through so much and I’m only 16! I’ve been surrendering and relaxing and releasing through out my high school years I feel so much more open to life

What a time to be alive. I mean that seriously. There have been so many influential and insightful speakers talking about this stuff over the years, but never in the era of the Internet, and certainly never making their multitude of talks available for the entire planet to listen to. MS articulates these concepts better than anyone I've heard, and he makes his content available for everyone. What a time to be alive, I tell you.

I am so grateful to live down the road from Mickey. His temple is a place full of peace, love, and acceptance. What a gift he is to this world. Thank you Mickey

I have listened to 3 times over the last 2 days. Each time I get something a little different or little deeper. So much fear and stress is about things that never happened or never will happen. We literally torture ourselves inside. I have decided to relax and be my own best friend instead of my own worst enemy.

"I've had a lot of troubles in my life, but most of them never happened."
  • Just waking up in Aotearoa New Zealand, experiencing what I’m experiencing right now. All the birds are waking up, adding their songs to the air, the air is cool but warm as spring arrives. There is a slight breeze but mostly the whole world seems still. The morning hasn’t quite arrived yet, and the sky is still darkened but pink and blue.

I do get it! Im doing it to myself. Ive seen, in my relationship with my mother, how i can literally feel like im running from a tiger ... when what she has done or said is fairly innocuous to a grown woman lol!! But then i saw the trauma that was being reenacted by her words .... when i saw this, i could then relax at a whole new level. So yes ... coming from the past which was a trauma at 4 yrs old and cemented a pattern that can be triggered at any apparently random moment in my unconsciousness. But not anymore! Ive got it. Thank you. Freedom. Another step to freedom in being with people ;-))))

I am taking a walk right now, listening to you Michael. And for the first time I didn’t think about how hard it is to go up that hill and the “benefits” it might bring me. I relaxed, I opened up and enjoyed. And then I was flooded with experiencing nature around me. Thank you ❤

This is one of the most powerful techniques one can incorporate daily 🙏🏾

22:00 I suppose I'm lucky. I lived a fearless life to a point. Then I decided I was so fearless that i could save others, as if I'm the second coming Himself. That was where I went wrong right there. Others don't affect me. They cannot hurt me. Only I can hurt me. There is nothing to change outside myself. Internal comfort is a choice. No others are responsible for any part of my life.

Michael, you are my Buddha of the 21st Century! Thank God we are contemporaries and as always: Viva the Internet!
  • @MichaelRyanEpley
I will be forever grateful for Mr. Michael Singer and those others who have walked this path and left something behind for us to find! We live in an amazing time. Enjoy it, people. Thank you very much, Mickey!
  • Focusing on just being calm through the moments of life is very helpful. My plan is to move from calm to happy to bliss.
  • We lost the awe of our existence. We have become bored with the miraculous. Rediscover the awe.
  • @moij5962
May 2024. Thank you. I am teaching my mind to take more vacation. Enjoy the moment. I sat by the ocean while listening. Me, myself and I absorbed the surrounding as much as we can.
  • @bonnieleary1197
99-100% of the time I feel fear. Amazing teachings. Thank you Tami and Michael. ❤
