When we do this kind of meditation, sometimes all of the unmet needs come up to be mourned. Acknowledge and accept and then consider the possibilities of turning that into a learning experience when/if you are ready. And feel those needs within yourself. When/ if share with loved ones and the world then repeat as needed with Health, Safety, (inner and outer) Happiness and Freedom.
