SPOILERS AHEAD! Warning!
I'm surprised no-one has found this yet. I was digging through Undertale's coding and I found this whole thing. I PROFESSIONALLY HACKED the music, and scripts.
And I received a lot of help from Kokoronis from Starmen.net
who PROFESSIONALLY HACKED the Century Gothic sprite!
Couldn't have done it without ya man!

Now in all seriousness, I did make the music and everything. The
sprite was made by Kokoronis from Starmen.net, as said above.
This whole thing was made in RPG Maker XP.
