My friends and I celebrated our friend's birthday with a foraging experience with Doreen and Channa from Wild Herbs N Plants of Bermuda. They shared the health benefits of foraging, how we can safely engage with the plants, and the creative ways Bermudians interacted with nature growing up.

It's so nice seeing your face! I've been to Bermuda so many time and the only wild plants I've ever eaten were the loquats that grew in my aunt and uncle's yard.
