The blizzard looks scary. I hope you and your family are safe and warm. Those daily wins are great! Balance those goals and wins with a spontaneity that brings joy to your family and friends. Sometimes you just have to eat dessert first! And that is still a win!

New Year's resolutions usually don't work because most people make unreachable goals (I'd love to lose 10 pounds a week, but that's not reasonable), then get disappointed when the goals aren't reached and quit. Don't make goals just once a year, and make the goals reasonable and reachable. Once you start stacking your wins, it gives you a big boost of self satisfaction - You taught me that. Doc!🤛👍😁
  • As long as I kept working 7 days a week 12 hour days I stayed ontop of my goal work. But there was a day I took off and it seems like life real mef out of control for 2 weeks
  • I assume you do have flaws, but I'm just not seeing any. Moreover, my romantic relationships all started that way, so I can't really trust my own judgment. :) Have a great weekend with the fam!
