A thought crossed my mind during these lyrics; how beautiful it is that one person can write down a poem directly from their heart while another person agrees to express it to the world vocally. What a magnificently unique relationship to have with someone.

    Very underrated Rush Masterpiece💖🦋💎✨🌟
  • I have been a Rush fan since I was 18. I'm 61 now. In my opinion as humble as it might be, this is their greatest album ever. Their music evolved throughout the decades growing out of their heavy metal sound from the days of "Bastille Day" to "Second Nature," a song which like many others shows their transition which sets Rush apart from all the other bands, as did Zeppelin, etc! "Hold Your Fire" is a much underated album, and the group produced great works of musical art thenceforth! Rush......the Three Wisemen of Rock n Roll.

"Too many captains keep on steering us wrong." It shouldn't be true more than 30 years on, but it is.

I adore this song, one of my favorites by the band. It’s a simple song but a very memorable and heartfelt melody and lyric. Great musicianship also. But the songwriting came first here.

I've been listening to Rush for over 40 years and yet their music always sounds so fresh.

Great album. A lot of fans thought it was to laid back, but Rush was more than just the music. They were poetry and art as well.

HYF is Rush's pop album and it's the best pop album I've ever heard. Absolute masterpiece.
