Sometimes I think artists forget what the word "beginner" actually means
  • As another artist, I will say this to beginners. You’re art will most likely not look like this right out of the gate. If it doesn’t, don’t think you’re a bad artist, you’re learning! Watching tutorials, practicing a lot, and experimenting using different mediums (different art tools) are amazing ways to start making your art look “better” (to me, no one’s a bad artist and the word better in art is really annoying. Art is subjective, someone may be amazing in your eyes at drawing but someone else doesnt like their artstyle, and that’s okay. Just because you’re a beginner doesn’t mean your bad at art, no one is! Everyone’s preferences are different, and no one has to be the “best” at art. Don’t worry about if other people don’t like your artstyle, because it’s all based on preferences and to a lot of people the more experienced you are at drawing the “better than others” it looks when really, they’ve just been drawing for a very long time and that doesn’t make them better than everyone else! I AM NOT TRYING TO BE MEAN WITH THAT THIS IS JUST MY OPINION AND WHAT I THINK LOL)
