WWE Legend and leader of "The Brood" Gangrel "The Vampire Warrior talks about an incident that occurred in Japan where it was set up that a martial arts expert would shoot on him in a match without his prior knowledge allegedly as payback for a sexual harassment incident promoter Victor Quiñones performed on Gangrel that the Vampire Warrior did not react well to.

Met him on plane to Chicago a couple of months ago. Such a nice guy. Really didn't talk to him until the end of the flight, but he was very gracious and personable. Didn't blow you off like some of the guys will.

Watched him throughout the Attitude Era and this is the first time I remember hearing him talk.

A few years ago I had the chance to see gangrel live at an Action Wrestling outdoor show in Tyrone, Georgia. It was awesome and after the match he just hung out and chatted up anybody who approached him.

Gangrel was one of my favorites in the late 90s. His entrance; the flames, him (and the brood) rising up through the floor, and of course, the music were some of the best ever.

Gangrel is such a fun interview - a very friendly guy. Love hearing about him from others in the Attitude era - that talk pretty highly about the guy. Very laid back and friendly.

The Brood had the best entrance in the Attitude Era. It was so cool the music was badass and the way they came up through the flames.

Gangrel vs Godfather was the first wrestling match I ever saw live.

I literally never get the impression that he is full of s*** he's either the best liar ever in every interview or he is legit I think it he is legit

I absolutely love this guy, I wanna have a beer with him! He sounds like everyone's friendly uncle who keeps people enraptured with stories at BBQs

I remember back in the 90s when he was at raw in the Attitude Era I went to an independent wrestling show and he was pulling in his car and I got to take a picture with him

I remember reading in an old issue of the Observer from like September 1993 and The Vampire Warrior had a backstage fight with someone but I thought I read it happened in a Florida territory

Hannibal videos deserves to find a much bigger audience than they currently do, his shoots are right up there with kayfabe commentaries.

I got to train and work shows with Dave quite a few times. He’s as down to earth and genuine as he appears in these interviews. And very appreciative when I bandaged him up when he got color in Fresno on night.
