Both in soundproof booths, only ONE mic can function at a time.
  • I think President Biden should challenge Donald Trump to a bike ride before the debate. 😂

Yeah, just like he'll testify . Expect a last minute cancellation

How can Trump agree to the debate dates? Doesn't he have to check with his parole officer 1st ??

The commission always wanted a spectacle with shouting, bullying, one upsmanship, smart comebacks and arguing. The debates over the previous years were totally useless. Thank goodness they shut out the commission. Hopefully the networks won't try to duplicate this useless format and their questions will be on policy and plans for their Presidency and not silly questions trying to catch out the candidates on stupid issues or recent news stories.
  • To quote former United States President Theodore Roosevelt: "No man is above the law and no man is below it; nor do we ask any man's permission when we ask him to obey it. Obedience to the law is demanded as a right, not asked as a favor."  "The judges who administer justice in our countries must be seen as ethical and subject to meaningful correction when it is necessary. Nothing less than the rule of law is at stake."

A debate sounds good, providing they can shut up each candidate when it's not their turn to speak. Let them each explain why they're best for the job.

Maybe the debates will have to take place in prison?

He jumped right over the double dog dare and went for the triple dog dare.

How many times did Waltine Nauta change the diapers today???
  • These ‘new’ debate rules are basic rules of debating that have not been adhered to in recent times. Shame that the obvious has to be stated, but necessary.

When you deal with a child you have to place rules otherwise it becomes a disaster debate.
