Videos like this are some of the only ways I have ever seen ai art used positively and ethically. It is used to give an impression by mimicking in order to bring focus to the actual human-made art and animation. The ai itself is merely used to create a border and frame, instead of trying to actually be the art itself. It's only used in a video that is concepting and drafting as well, meaning there is time for an actual artist/animator to replace what the ai has done here in the final cut, and even if in the final version of the video ai is still used, I feel it is being used in a positive manner; coexisting with human art and animation and acting as a placeholder instead of trying to be a competitor.
