The reason it has so many fireplaces is so you can warp between the bonfires. Walking is too dangerous as you might slip and crack your head open on the marble edges.

This is just the real life equivalent of making a house out of diamond blocks in minecraft. There's no regard for aesthetics and the whole shtick is that it's made of expensive materials.

The whole bathroom is made out of a slippery stone and if you are a little wet you will actually never leave it. Imagine having wet feet and falling on to the vibranium bath tub.

The apartment is a death trap. There are so many sharp corners, especially in the bathroom. One slip, anywhere in this place and it's your last.

The concept of a "home office" has basically been broken down to shelves for pictures and books you don't read, with a single miserable desk to put a laptop on. What are you going to accomplish in a room like that beyond writing an email? And why do you need a dedicated room for it? Nobody paying for a multimillion dollar living space is running an LLC. This is madness

I love that the surfaces are made of not only slippery material, but the edges of the material are so hard that if you slip even once you're sure to fucking destroy your skull and bleed out naked in your own bathroom

Charlie, I live in New York City, I've been here for over 10 years. And I have to say, your "biased" take on the noise and feeling of ny is unbelievably accurate. So hard to sleep sometimes because of the noise, fireworks pop outside every week or two at like midnight.

The literal only reason this place is so expensive is because it's entirely made out of marble. This place is literally just a fancy cave. You're surrounded by rocks and stone and your only source of entertainment is making a fire.
