  • @briang7794
Even though Ive figured out the different hand placements through experimentaion and spreading my hand, it still took me a while to figure that out cause Ive never thought about spreading my hand more till late in my years of playing ball. This is definetly the video I wouldve needed if I was still in that phase of trying to make more layups the right way.
  • @dre7256

  • Your video on basketball shooting techniques was informative, but I believe there's a crucial aspect that deserves more attention – the uniqueness of each individual athlete. While your personalized drills and techniques are undoubtedly valuable, it's essential to recognize that no two athletes are exactly alike in terms of physique, playing style, or even psychological factors. To maximize the effectiveness of your training methods, considering these individual differences becomes paramount. For instance, players with different body types may require slight adjustments in shooting posture or follow-through. Some athletes may excel in certain aspects of shooting but struggle with others, calling for a more nuanced approach in targeting their specific weaknesses. Moreover, psychological factors such as confidence, focus, and decision-making can significantly impact a player's shooting performance. It would be beneficial to address mental aspects in your training content, such as visualization techniques, mindfulness practices, or strategies to overcome performance anxiety. Furthermore, accounting for the developmental stage of the player is crucial. Beginners might need more fundamental and simplified drills, whereas advanced players could benefit from complex scenarios and situational drills that mimic real-game experiences. I appreciate the effort you put into sharing your insights, and by incorporating these considerations, your content could become even more valuable and adaptable to a broader audience. After all, a tailored and holistic approach to training is what truly sets apart exceptional coaching in the realm of basketball.
