"Only healthy people should lead" - Ceasar Milan This is such an impactful statement that should make people evaluate themselves and societal expectations regarding gender roles and the expectations of leadership and submission.

  • Thank you! Quiero apprender mas, por favor! Cesar, you repeatedly create beautiful life with humility, love, passion, and persistence. It exemplifies committing to big dreams and accepting baby steps to reach scary goals. Your vulnerability regarding post-divorce despair reminds me that all agonizing struggles are temporary. I/we cannot make people care, want to stand up or surrender. There's a lyric in one of my songs, "I'm not too proud to beg for a reason to be soft." I LOVE what your wife said to you, Cesar, when giving you her heart! As a family of women, we have responsibility to create safe space for men to express and stand in their power! If we use sex to control or manipulate men, as a reward or punishment, we punish ourselves by closing a primary doorway to the intimacy and love we desperately long for from/with a worthy man. I'm strong. And, I've been saying for 13 years, "I do NOT want to drive the bus just because my feet reach the pedals!" I've been a solo mom by necessity for 11 years, who fought for our safety, blessed with over 25 victories and ultimately physical/legal freedom. And... I still want profoundly deep, enduring intimacy with a strong man. I do not fear male power, even if a man is loud or angry because why would I want to choke off his emotional access. To clarify, threatening or violent words/actions are not communication or strength. Trees don't dream of becoming homes, or boats. They are victims when we cut them down with NO idea what magnificent creation they might become. Seed to home is long, messy and painful process. To be a nurturing, shiny dwelling for my spirit, creative gifts, and a loving resource to all the people I encounter, especially my daughter, I accept the process, am surrendering the fear of letting go after extreme trauma and loss. I choose to humble myself to baby steps. I will prune in me whatever impedes my journey. I will strip away the rough, dusty "bark" covering my inherent gifts and resources until they are exposed and implemented. And... I am scared. Even when YOUR "Dog Whisperer" name and BRAND along with your show format was stolen, you surrendered and were victorious again, despite temporary financial impact. You prove that who you are, and your contribution, are not defined by any title, historical success, or net worth, but by your presence, posture, attitude, actions, and your pre-existing star-dust-formed-God-given-beauty. AGAIN, thank you, con mi toda corazon! Jessie (Blue) McLaren

Wow, what an amazing story! I met Cesar once at my daughter's school at a meet and greet after he spoke. Both my daughter and I must've manifested him because we had a dog and were fascinated with Cesar and his dog Whisperer show, I even had one of his books, but I didn't know about his personal life other than he was married and had kids. It really felt great to be in his presence!
