    Hi Kelly, I get you. Its taking me a long time to process a way that keeps me going. I've been doing some visualizations. I havent gone into the bathroom myself but that isn't unusual for me. I remember someone once suggested to start by just going in and washing your hands, so I may do just that. Good luck on your gym experience. I'm sorry about the dysphoria! Take care buddy

    I have trouble in gyms in general and with a lot of people around too. I'm glad you are going and it's helping you to feel better!

    I have dysphoria at the gym really bad. To the point that sometimes I do not go or it takes hours for me to finally get the courage to go. I have facial hair and pass as male when I bind. But I do not bind at the gym. What I am going to start doing is wear a baggy sweatshirt to help hide these giant breasts of mine and go super early in the morning when there are less people there. Still have to figure out the restroom situation too.
