Very Sad to state that,they are deducting marks for not writing Textbook language. For example: I wrote in point of "Participation by Employees as heading, instead of Team Participation", they have given 3/5. Like this, it's becoming hard to clear exams after more than 3 attempts.😅 Nevertheless,we got to study and appear for exams
