Regarding why the ledgegrab limit is so high: the idea is that it's trying to err on the side of being larger than necessary to prevent scenarios where the limit is broken when nobody was stalling. That said I believe 80 is higher than normal, I think 60 is a more typical limit, but maybe they expanded it as a compromise for including non-timeout situations? Not sure on that

I'm convinced the reverse pop-off was just to give HBox content. He knew that even if he lost the match the two if them would get to meme the shit out of this. The rest of the interaction was just, "Oh shit dude you good? Don't pass out."

They dash dance because they can go into most moves better than standing neutral. As in, they have the momentum of the dash dance when they go for a move, such as a call out or a burst option.
