  • you will get home and Claire will have bought you some Marigolds and a feather duster, and a apron with "no waffling" printed on it ,all this cleaning your doing, excellent video as always guys :) :)
  • @daryltownsend
Looks lovely after the clean. The nature of the game means that you have to buy when you get the chance, when the time comes the other motorhomes will get done. For the inside maybe have a word with your upholstery seat guy and see if he would be able to recover the seats and do a new bit of carpet for the front to modernise it. Keep the old carpet as a template and have the new piece's edges overlock stitched to stop fraying.

Hi both, My first job was getting hold of motorcaravans and prepping them for sale. We jetwashed them first, followed by autoglym resin polish on the body to bring the colour back. Back to black and dress up the engine bay in WD40. I'm the inside If they never had a carpet, we would fit a new carpet running from the cab to the back. It transforms them massively. We even put plastic carpet protector tape over the top in a strip. The fridges sometimes need to be level to get cold (will run off gas or eletric)
  • @mcplindgren
Now that's a before and after! It's amazing what a good clean can do to a vehicle, even when you are selling. Definitely change the rear lino for something more 'woody' and it will certainly make the interior feel more modern. Aside from that, you'll have no problem shifting this 👍🏻
  • @alleywatson
I really think the reason why you’re so successful lads is because you have such a good mix of cars / vehicles. I also watch other YouTubers like Matt, saving salvage and a Geordie lad who has Cossie’s and a couple based in the states. If you only had the newest cars I wouldn’t watch. Honestly, the Lambo’s and Aston’s really bore me and there’s loads of channels that have the supercars and expensive stuff. I’d much prefer watching an old Mini or Viva being rescued. Keep up the great work Rob & Chris.
  • Wow, that must have been very satisfying, I had a caravan for years and it use to absolutely knacker me for several weeks getting it clean before we went away each year. Never used a power washer though. The inside will also come up well, it will be immaculate. I can see a good profit coming on this motorhome. Credit to you!
  • @johnhicks913
Having used caravans for 40 years I was told never to use a pressure washers as it could affect the seams. It’s a little late now. Still think you did a great job Rob, the overall condition will make a great motor home
  • Not sure if you've noticed but on the passenger side on the bottom, the grew bit next to the door looks as if it's been pushed inwards. Not sure it it's meant to be like that, I know nothing about caravans/motorhomes. Other that that, looks as good as new, great job!
  • @DanP293
As little motor home's go, you've landed a gooden there Rob and now it's been given a bit of a clean it looks fantastic. And it's got a bit of character. I reckon putting a bit of carpet down in the back is a good idea and maybe use the same carpet to replace the cab carpet as well and just put some mats down.
  • @cathodicpro
Can’t believe I’m having a beer watching a guy cleaning a caravan and enjoying it. Great content as always.
  • @stevenjones1972
Hello Rob,nice clean on this motorhome, the cleaner worked wonders, even the yellow stain in the paint has gone.amazing results!!
  • @martin54123
What a transformation guys, you could see see the yellowing on the rear improve when you used the chemical caravan cleaner, foamed, and jetted it. Maybe I should go get my Karcher out and clean my car and get soaking wet as it's 40C here this week in Portugal, even walking the dog is exhausting for both of us! Seriously though it looks brilliant. I'm not a motor homer but I'd put carpet inside to spruce it up as the lino isn't 100% would make it look much better and also I'd personally put blue, black or grey seat covers on the front seats, pink's a bit 70's, Reverse camera sounds like a must have to me. Jenny chem products look effective, worked well on the door mirror and door handle. Great work!
  • @PaulMappud
Would recommend a combi ladder instead of those step ladders, they have a 3rd section that extends above the step ladder and gives something to hold on to instead of the balancing act on the top, 3 points of contact, safety first ... 😀
  • @philjames2542
Thanks Rob, I just ordered a bottle of the caravan wash, great price too 👌
  • be great to see you clean up a vintage caravan ,really enjoyed that the motorhome looks fab xx
  • Hello Chris, just watched you clean the motorhome, what a great finish with the use of the industrial solution, so amazed with the ease of application then power washed!! Just a personal thought a peice of carpet from front (in the cab) through to the back would be great. Anyhow, looking forwards to seeing another video on this project. Best wishes to you both, from Lincolnshire.
  • @peterjones3360
Excellent job Rob, you have cleaned that up great as you always do. The vinyl floor, I would personally cut that one out and put a new modern vinyl floor in maybe a dark colour because putting a carpet in there would be like putting carpet in a bathroom if that makes sense, but great channel and you guys always do a great job on all the motors. Many thanks 😊
  • @simonabbott7323
Rob, I am no detailer, but a good investment would be a small selection of detailing brushes. I am always amazed how much cleaner a vehicle looks once all the nooks, crannies, rain channels and gutters, window surrounds etcetera are thoroughly cleaned out with a good squirt of APC and a going over with a soft-bristled brush.
  • 11.47 that rack on back where the plastic bit on right hand side changed from Black to Red , then later left side cleaned up the same. Looking good guys , problems with carpeting the rear it will get dirty very quickly , where flooring can get mopped out easily
