    Eat after Sunrise and finish your last meal before sunset. so already you are getting 14 hours break. And also do a 3 day water fasting every fortnight(twice a month). Hit like when you get the best results.

    Well am going 14-15hrs fasting ryt now from 2days I really feel hunger at midnight but I controlled My self I feel little lighter my main aim is to reduce tummy my frd had achieved this so I just wanna try this.... And I will. Have protein rich food in that remaining 8hrs...

    No it’s not the fat that cause insulin resistance, diabetes and those problems you mentioned. It’s actually the intake of sugar/carbs and fasting downgrade them.

Мне 22 года. мэм, я соблюдаю периодическое голодание последние 8 месяцев. при этом я ем здоровый завтрак, включающий все необходимые микроэлементы, в 7 часов, а затем в 12 часов ем плотный здоровый обед. таким образом я ем только два раза. после 12 часов ничего не ем, только воду пью. Я делаю это каждый день. У меня нет цели похудеть. Я делаю это, потому что это экономит мое время ❓❓❓стоит ли мне продолжать эту диету? есть ли побочные эффекты? что мне делать по вашему ответьте пожалуйста......

  • So when does body start eating out muscle? I heard that way too much muscle is lost during the fasting state, i can do 1day fast easily and thinking of extending it to 48hr or bit more and does cardio like walk on both days in morning and evening could i lose a lot of muscle that i just build in 5 days? Muscle build is a hard process is it same for muscle loss too? Please reply doctor
