I purchased a Volks Rinon ball jointed doll secondhand on Mandarake. I was nervous about purchasing from there because I thought I would do it wrong but it’s pretty straight forward, just like purchasing from any other online retailer. Definitely easier than using TENSO as a shopping service :p love TENSO though!
