Blocking intersections is actually infuriating, but at the same time so easy to do. "Oh hey, traffics moving, I'm fine to pull up.", and end up with the back still in the intersection. My personal pet peeves though are people stopping across the crosswalk, and doing "California stops" at stop signs.
