So, how did we go from a rainbow of rock, mineral, and sea salts to the sodium chloride we have in our homes? Why did we decide we only needed a pure white salt, reduced to a single sodium chloride element?

I have been using Redmond Real Salt from Utah for years. Excellent composition of minerals, taste and healthy. Plus it doesn’t have to come from thousands of miles away but is a U.S product.

I use a salt called Herbamare, an organic sea salt that contains a mixture of freshly harvested herbs and vegetables (celery, leek, cress, onion, chives, parsley, lovage, garlic, basil, marjoram, rosemary, thyme and kelp. This improves the flavour of all savory foods and Himalayan salt.

I keep a spray bottle of magnesium next to my bed to spray on my legs if I get cramp in the night, instant relief.

Thank you Commune and Dr Zach Bush for reminding us the physical, spiritual, and physics behind being "Salt of the Earth" and please keep bringing us these clear reminders of how to improve our health.
  • I have been using these alternative healthy salts in decades now. People need to know these things. This is an excellent video to share with loved ones and friends.
  • Although I have been using whole salts for years now, I learned more about the breakdown of how salts contribute to the biology and metabolism of the cells. This was excellent. I will have to listen again to retain everything. I'm really appreciative of my taking trace minerals from a clean salt water source daily for years now as well as weekly Epson salt soaks. My health improved - my hair quit falling out and became thicker per strand as well as filling in, my skin does not need lotions to be soft and shiny (not oily), I am not anxious.
  • Dr. Bush is brilliant and shares his knowledge on all our behalf’s. So grateful for these videos - they serve as a springboard for me and my family to live a more wise and respectful existence. Life is difficult enough and the unseen things that are harming us don’t help. So again thank you for this knowledge, know your gifts do not go unheard.
  • I use the Himalayan salt. Also other from other salt deposits, for many years now. Love the taste.

great presentation! Thank you!!! I love that you emphasized bathing in Epsom or mineral salts. My grandmother taught me to do that very young. And I didnt realize the effect of showering!
