The fact that he said it so casually is a huge thing. He doesnt owe it to anyone to explain what his sexuality is but let's not diminish the possibility that this could mean that he's not straight. That would be straightwashing. This is exactly how it should be, be totally casual with who you are attracted to and not have to explain your sexuality to anyone.

I definitely like Jacob’s candor and honesty. Men always name a female when being asked this question. A crush doesn’t always equate romantic & sexual interest. Most men have someone of the same sex that they greatly like, admire,respect, or find to be good-looking, but they’re just afraid to share it & say it out loud.
