This sim lost everything from investing all their money into future cubes. He has a bunch of stock left over he couldnt sell but he's dedicated to turning it into a profit. The trauma of losing all his money stimulated his fear of the color green, which he tries to overcome by connecting with the outdoors and gardening in his free time

I love the wording “afraid of” instead of “doesn’t like.” it’s just so hilarious to imagine a sim screaming in terror every time they see the color green lmao

This build is like a video documentary on a successful career sim who loses their battle with addiction to buying future cubes, and slowly has to sell all their belongings to afford more of them.

Now we need a reverse challenge. Someone builds the house and someone else has to guess what the challenges were.

I'd like to see you renovate this build into what it could be. The house deserves to reach it's full potential. Even keep the rest of the rules, just ignore budget.

Now, the challenge is to download the house, zero the budget, sell the future cubes, and bring JT's actual vision to life. This is SUPER FUN!
