For someone who hasnβt watched AoT all through, I donβt even need to watch the show to know Levi can carry an entire anime on his back for 60% of the show.

L doesn't belong anywhere except the S tier. The dynamic between l and light kept the show alive. After he dies it simply wasn't the same anymore. He's a true top side character.

For an anime like death note L was the perfect side character. These psychological fights between him and Light were awesome to watch.

I find it appropriate that Zoro had the hardest time finding a spot.

L is definitely the most important character on this list. Without L, death note would genuinely be bad. He shouldn't even be considered a side character, he is the main antagonist.

Only problem I have with this is that some characters just are a second main character and not a side charactor, like Killa and L
